Conferences Advertising, Sponsorship and Exhibitions

The Society holds many conferences each year featuring different themes, each designed to appeal to either different groups of Society members or to the entire membership.

Some events attract in excess of 800 delegates but all are a perfect opportunity to promote your services and reach potential customers through the many sponsorship, advertising and exhibition opportunities available.

Exhibition Space

Exhibiting at our conferences can give direct access to your target market of psychologists over a period of several days when they are receptive to new information. They can also be a great opportunity for networking and direct face to face meetings with potential clients and customers.

Exhibitions take place at the majority of the conferences. Charges vary depending on the amount of space booked, the conference and the location.

Conference Sponsorship

There are various other options open to companies wishing to promote their products and services to delegates. Sponsorship opportunities include welcome receptions, conference dinners, refreshment breaks, delegates badges, document bags, pens and notepaper. In addition, sponsors' company profiles can appear in the event programme and a company logo can be placed on the event website with an appropriate link.

Space is normally available in the provisional and final programmes which have varying circulation dependent on the intended audience.

Special arrangements can be made to place advertising material on seats prior to the arrival of audiences in lecture theatres.
